Please ensure your details match exactly with the details we hold on your policy.
I am unable to register using the correct details.

There can be a number of reasons why you may not be able to register,

  • The details on the policy may have been incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, this can be rectified by the customer care team.
  • The email on the policy has been previously used for another person’s policy, this can be rectified by the customer care team.
  • Internet history/cache may need reset- This can be done via the history tab within your browser, which can be found through the settings tab or via the keyboard shortcut CTRL + H.
  • The self-service may be experiencing technical issues and could be temporarily unavailable whilst we look to resolve this.
  • Your policy may need to be matched with previous policies/quotes on our system, this can only be done via the customer care team.
  • If the details you are using are auto-filled or pasted, ensure there are no extra characters within each box, such as an extra space at the start or the end of the field.

You could also try using a different internet browser if applicable.
